We have learned that the only way to get to our hotel is uphill. So after two days of lots of walking mainly up and down hills we decided to have an easy day. Up a bit later with a long, slow start to the day; we then walked slowly along the water and stopped by the shopping areas. Didn’t really do much more than that. Looked at shops and wandered slowly. I did some wine tasting and by mid-afternoon we were back in the room for a couple of hours. Joe watched football while I read. Then out again but a bit too late for the sunset. Still got some photos of the bridge, Alcatraz and the city lit up. The off for a Peruvian dinner. So a lazy sort of day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
